Home Nurse Visits – These comprise of Education, Administration, Blood Draws and Infusions.
Clinical Trials – We can provide clinical trials for new products coming into the market as well as providing detailed reports and patient monitoring during.
Nurse Phone Support – Providing dedicated contact numbers for your patients to call in on or having a nurse follow up with patients at certain stages within or during their treatment.
Adverse Event and Product Quality Complaint Reporting – We have built our system with having the ability to digitally generate your own forms and have them emailed directly to the relevant safety persons/team.
Real-Time Data – Our system was built in house and provides real-time data across all our services.
Reporting – We provide in depth reporting for different areas, Marketing reports provide non-patient information but provide breakdowns of patient demographics as well as referring unit locations
Sharps Management Service – Manage all the sharps for your patients through providing new bins to replacing used bins to final collections.
Compliance support – We can provide different levels of compliance support through phone support or through regular SMS messages providing inspiration or information about the product or helpful tips for managing their treatment.
